When you shop at 'advent.shop,' you support medical missionaries all around the world. Through our training packages, we also teach people how to launch their own health ministries. Your help has resulted in the formation of many self-sustaining ministries. Our blog entries will feature some of these ministries.

Mission Ministry

Philippines 

Mission Ministry are officially the first Medical Missionary Trainers for the SDA South-Central Luzon Conference in the Philippines. Many of the training sessions have been attended and even taken by the conference leaders.

We see the church as a whole working together. We have even seen "off-shoots" (I don't like that term) through this type of training come back to church and get involved.

The Leadership

From the top of the South- Central Luzon Conference, and the other directors of different departments - the interactions, conversations, planning and breaking bread together - it truly has been humbling.Working alongside the leaders here, it's as if you wouldn't know that they were Directors or Pastors unless you knew they were. In the SCLC, they have worship services in the conference office 3 times a day, even sometimes more. The leaders that I know of here spend less time in the office, and more time in the field.
